AMERICORPS MEMBERS CLEAN UP LEWISBURG

5/21/2018

Picture
On May 16, volunteers organized by Carnegie Hall’s Preserve WV AmeriCorps member Kiersten White  participated in two clean-up projects in Greenbrier County.  Six fellow Preserve WV AmeriCorps members, along with Amy Ahrens, Senator Stephen Baldwin’s political intern, convened at Carnegie Hall. The volunteers cleaned out and mulched flower beds to prepare for the Hall’s upcoming Ivy Terrace Summer Concert Series. In the afternoon, AmeriCorps members headed to Caldwell to help City Recorder Shannon Beatty with the RiverWise Labyrinth park by cleaning out the rain gardens and mulching.

Thank you to the Preserve WV AmeriCorps members for volunteering.
