Board of Directors 2023-2024 Nomination Slate

The Preservation Alliance of West Virginia Board of Directors voted at its most recent board meeting on May 4, 2023, to present this slate at this annual meeting. Blue text represents proposed change. 

Officers:

• President: Cade Vogelsong (Charleston) - elected for 2 year term in 2023, expires 2025 
  • (Cade is finishing his third year of first 3-year term, which expires in 2024)
• Vice President: J. Logan Smith (Elkins) - elected for 2 year term in 2022, expires 2024
• Treasurer: Phyllis Baxter (Elkins) - two year term, expires in 2025.
• Secretary: vacancy

District 1:

• Monica Miller (Charleston) - third year of second 3-year term expires in 2024
• Ken Lindsay (Charleston) - third year of first 3-year term, expires in 2024
• David Sibray (Beckley) - 3-year term, expires in 2026
• William “Skip” Deegans (Lewisburg) - second year of first 3-year term, expires in 2025
• Christopher Rizer (Point Pleasant) - second year of first 3-year term, expires in 2024

District 2:

• Betsy Sweeny (Wheeling) - second year of second 3-year term, expires in 2025
• Rodney Bahner (Morgantown) - second year in first 3 year term, expires in 2025
• Jon Smith (Wheeling) - elected for 2 year term in 2023, expires in 2025
• Greg Coble (Shepherdstown) - being elected to first 3 year term, expires in 2026
