Greetings!

Preservation Alliance of West Virginia is looking for a few good vendors to participate in the 2009 Annual State Park Gift Show.

Are you:
• A full-time production artist/producer?
• Able to fill orders as needed for the 2009 tourist season?
• Ready to sell wholesale? A wholesale price list is required.
• Registered with the state as a vendor OR …. able to accept VISA card payments?
• A WV resident with products juried into a recognized program or festival?

If this describes your business, we encourage you to participate in the Annual State Park Gift Show at Pipestem State Park!

The dates are:

Feb 8        Set-up
Feb 9-11   Trade Show for State Park and other gift shop buyers

PAWV believes this is an important step in getting more locally produced merchandise into local markets. What better place to feature your items than in our own State Parks and gift shops! PAWV will reimburse the registration fee for vendors occupying up to 30 booths—a savings of $60!

PAWV will also offer evening workshops and other activities FREE for Made In / Grown In WV participants—More info to follow soon!

To get the forms you need to sign up for this event, click on the PDF link HERE.

Please send your completed Space Application and Contract forms, table requirements as indicated on the General Information form, a signed copy of the Rules and Regulations, and your booth ($90) and registration ($60) fee payment of $150. (PAWV will reimburse the $60 registration fee.)

Note: these materials DO NOT go to PAWV as in the past.
