Preservation
Alliance of West Virginia is looking for a few good vendors to
participate in the 2009 Annual State Park Gift Show.
Are you:
• A full-time production artist/producer?
• Able to fill orders as needed for the 2009 tourist season?
• Ready to sell wholesale? A wholesale price list is required.
• Registered with the state as a vendor OR …. able to accept
VISA card payments?
• A WV resident with products juried into a recognized program
or festival?
If this describes your business, we encourage you to participate
in the Annual State Park Gift Show at Pipestem State Park!
The dates are:
Feb 8 Set-up
Feb 9-11 Trade Show for State Park and other gift shop buyers
PAWV believes this is an important step in getting more locally
produced merchandise into local markets. What better place to
feature your items than in our own State Parks and gift shops!
PAWV will reimburse the registration fee for vendors occupying
up to 30 booths—a savings of $60!
PAWV will also offer evening workshops and other activities FREE
for Made In / Grown In WV participants—More info to follow soon!

Please send your completed
Space Application and Contract
forms, table
requirements as indicated on the General Information form, a
signed copy of the Rules and Regulations, and your booth ($90)
and registration ($60) fee payment of $150. (PAWV will reimburse
the $60 registration fee.)

materials DO NOT go to PAWV as in the past.

Deadline for application:
December 15, 2008. If sharing a booth with another vendor,
please indicate on application. No more than two vendors per
booth. Make checks payable to the Pipestem Foundation.
Reimbursements will be mailed after the show.
