Conference Registration Details

  • Please sign up for full conference OR partial attendance for individual days/activities.
  • Membership should be added for everyone except currently (2005) paid-up PAWV members
  • Early registration discount must have payment postmarked by Sept 1 - full conference only.
  • We need to have an accurate count of attendance for meal counts (You can call 304-345-6005 or email  info@pawv.org if you are registering late) no later than Sept 5. Those attending without notice are not guaranteed meals.
  • Students wishing to volunteer in return for discounted registration should contact PAWV before 1 September. Volunteer tasks may include help with registration, set-up, food, photography, AV, etc. but will not interfere with attendance at sessions.
Lodging
  • A block of rooms has been reserved at Days Inn, Shepherdstown at $65, and must be booked by August 30. Ask for "Baxter - PAWV" when you reserve. Non-smoking rooms are limited, so call early! (Days Inn 304-876-3160)
