Participants enjoy the Friday evening reception at the brand-new Randolph County Community Arts Center (formerly the old St. Brendan's Catholic Church) in Elkins, site of Friday activities for PAWV conference. Previously listed on PAWV Endangered List, the building has now been saved and preserved for community use as art and performance center by the Randolph County Community Arts Council.
